look mate u told me to change the false thing into true just to read the config 
file .... its already done .... i tried to open and still same problem ... im 
using windows 7 system !!

i solved it by copying the files out the new folder u made but it freezes when 
i use the cheat menu

maybe you installed samp 0.3x R1-2? This sobeit only for 0.3x R1
