Update atleast some patches. #4

If possible, then make the following SA:MP patches function:

NOP SetPlayerPos
NOP RemovePlayerFromVehicle
NOP TogglePlayerControllable

These NOP hacks do not have functionality.. I can select them yes, but they do 
not do anything, therefore don't serve their purpose.

Perhaps some of them worked yes, but I need them working combined. Obviously 
when I made this ticket they didn't, so perhaps get over it?
