Steps:

[ ] Develop scripts (in Python or any other language) to clean and format the data from the MySQL database before loading it into the ontologies.
[ ] Include quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data mappings and transformations.
[ ] Optionally, perform validation on the generated tables to catch any potential issues.
