Some QoL update to the way the original Labels 2 Rois works

One thing to note is that the ROI names will change. they will be the same as the parallel method, but no longer automatic, like it was before when we used the ROI manager.

Now the rois will be named #### - ID #### Where #### is the stack position and ID #### is the label number.
