executable file location #3

The installer allows you to create a start menu folder, but doesn't place the executable file for the program in said start menu folder. I had to navigate to Program Files\JointTrackMachineLearning\bin to find an executable called "Joint-Track-Auto-GPU-CMake.exe" to run the program
