  1. Labour Camp: R- +2 unit in every Factory

Is this supposed to be +2 for every factory in the town? Does this mean that you can literally have factories that make 100 product each?

  1. Military Contractor: R- -10% cost of creating Military Units

This is only for the town that its in, just clarifying. No.1 is far more important
