Problem: It says that it's illegal to take 2 character units from allied units in a 2k list.

Expected: It is legal to take up to 2 character units from allied units in a 2k list.

Working as intended / Not a Bug - The list's Battle Size is currently set to 1000 points, so everything is using that game size's limits.
