slats/paper wall/iron bars etc. deals suffocation damage in Multiplayer #38

Could not reproduce in SP

Appears other blocks suffer the same problem, like slats and iron bars. it may also be correlated to items not being to be pushed inside these blocks. Do they think they are full blocks?
