Feature/application improvements

Improvements to the Application Form:

• Switching the name of the user to the name they give
• Added profileIMG field, which is used later to check if accepted applicants have filled the form (just an empty string for now)
• Added the blaclist functionality
• Switched logic to check if user has already applied to check if the applicant role is true, and not only if its there (same logic applies for BlackListed
