modification time #38

The workspace service tells you when a folder is created, but it would be more useful to have the modification time, similar to UNIX.

Could we target this for the next release? It helps me a lot when trying to find recently used folders.

We really need to migrate all the GitHub tickets into the P3_website folder. That is where we are triaging them all, rather than by code repository.
