Suggestion: Allow Enchanting Books with runic table #24

The title says it all. Just thought it'd be cool.

Sorry, but this suggestion goes against all the balancing of the mod. It is made that way to reduce the amount of enchanting books the player has. Also with enchanting books you'd be able to ignore the 3 enchantments limit which would make a big part of the mod useless.
