Feature/dim lighting + Assets/Scaling

Closes #132

• Musicians and Instruments are Lit
• Scaled everything to the correct size. The people were like 10 meters before.
• When focusing a spotlight, all others lights dim.
• Spotlight floor marker now only shows when the position is empty.
• Musicians calculate proficiency correctly now - wasn't before because how the data is stored changed
• Increased Stars from 3 to 5
