Finally all buttons and text elements (and most spacing and layout issues) are resolved in this PR.

This closes #19 - hallelujah Fully closes #65

The settings window is open when

  1. the game starts
  2. when returning to the main menu from in-game

I'm unsure if this is a new issue introduced by this branch or if it is an old bug that has been fixed on main already.

Otherwise, this looks good to me.

All good - I have fixed it in the next PR lmao
