Fix wall climbing ability | From Playtest #1 #28

the walls let you climb them for some odd reason. yes i know its at a degree but still you cant jump on a 340 slope right? https://discord.com/channels/1022439368767582258/1125051437827764307

Likely need to just both limit jumping (stamina system) and either add slip or out right prevent climbing on unintended areas (or both)

I am working to start on a jump stamina system as a way to counter this, but I will also look at perhaps making it hopefully impossible to climb walls that we don't intend climbing on.
