Story

As the second driver, I want to lower the climber arms using the xbox controller, so that I can lift the robot off the ground during the end game.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] When I press and hold SELECT, both arms lower.
• [ ] When I let go of SELECT, both arms stop.

Out of scope

• automatically stopping at the bottom
• independent control of each arm
