3.5 'Berserk' weapon modifier fails #924

loading in 3.5 and the Races of Faerun, I created a custom +2 GreatAxe with the 'Berserk' equipment modifier, when I view the troubleshooting character sheet or try to export to pdf I get:

21:38:18.123 SEVERE AWT-EventQueue-0 ExportDialog:632 Could not export Gugnar java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Requested ScopeInstance for pcgen.core.EquipmentModifier WEAPBERSERK and reached a global parent, but have only reached Scope: EQUIPMENT

(note that this equipmod is also defined (slightly differently) in 'Unapproachable East') Can you advise? I can't see anything wrong with the code on this

reloading the character today, the error does not appear ! most bizarre, closing this.
