Reskillables has locked Use of Equipment that I have Levels for #2

I have Defense 16 and I cannot wear diamond armor, or use equipment of a higher tier.

And my friend cannot use any equipment or fight any mobs that require any level above 1. She can't use shears, wear chainmail or equip a flimsy journal despite having defense 8, survival 4, and magic 8.

We are using this mod with Legendary Edition v2.3 and we are running this off a linux server. We're not sure what's causing the issue.

If you are playing on an existing world (I.e. v2.2-2.3) the skill mod was changed to mine, you have to reset player data. Empty your inventory, log off then go to your saves/world/player data find yours and your friends delete rejoin, with commands give your self your levels back, or just give yourself /xp.

This was fixed with new update
