XP requirement is buggy #7

When you try to level up a skill with XP, it says an specific amount of point, but even when is red, meaning that you don't have enough, you can still level up with your remaining XP.

Version: 1.20.1 Forge Version: 47.3.29

Are you in creative mode? (Will always be red). And you are stating you can just level up no matter what? I've never been able to do that can you provide a video please
