Decimal points for monetary values not stated in UG #16

It is not explicitly stated in the UG that price cannot include decimal points even though $xx.50 is a valid amount. Instead only that the price must be in format of $Number/quantity is shown Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 5.24.09 PM.png
