Partners want versioned Maven artifacts of development kit clients #114

The clients have hard coded the Maven module versions to 0.1-SNAPSHOT now, which does not work well when integrators include these modules in their code (SNAPSHOT versions are not fixed). A solution could involve publishing (versioned!) artifacts to GitHub Artifacts.

Depends on #115, as the techcloud0 repositories (including their artifacts) should not be exposed publicly.
