It is not possible to know if integrators are using the DevKit client #142

It is not possible to know if integrators are using the DevKit client, or which version they are using.

A header field should be added to requests from the client to let ePayment know which version of the DevKit client is used.

ePayment should then log this field. And in the long run maybe even add alerts for too old versions.
