answer, information 업데이트 페이지

상세 내용(Describe your changes)

admin만 접속가능한 페이지를 만들어서, answer/information 업데이트를 가능하게 만들었습니다. 링크 타고 들어가면 admin 아니여도 접속할 수 있기는 한데, 어차피 백엔드에서 admin인지 아닌지 확인하므로 큰 문제는 없을것같습니다.
