ioquake build instructions for ndk r4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.following the build instructions for ioquake3 using ndk r4

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm confused.. There is no gcc compiler bundled with the ndk. I don't know if 
that was the case in ndk 1.6. Do you refer to the compiler bundled in android 
source? If so could you please update the build instructions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Thanks for great effort in porting q3. deathmatch is awesome against my friends 
on our nexus one's and desires. I would love to help out improving the controls 
for us with devices without a keyboard

The ndk contains gcc. I don't have the ndk ready at this machine right now, but 
there is a gcc version inside the ndk. You have to set 'CC' in Makefile.local 
to it.

I plan to upload some experimental input code later today or else tomorrow.

I guess this issue is over and BTW upgrade to latest 1.1f for better controls 
on the Nexus One.
