Possible that RespecMod didn't properly clear a multiple archetypes Archetype?

So trying to track down the issue but the situation is thus: Hex Channeler/Winter Witch (Character Options+ archetype) was respecced to Winter Witch.

• Game still thinks I have channel even though I don't.
• Can't use Quicken Rods at all and don't benefit from Bewitching Hex (swift action Hex).
• Respec via Toybox - still same issue but now lose all benefits from Winter Witch archetype and Winter Witch prestige class.

Any ideas? Trying to do another respec via Toybox back into the dual archetype to see if that fixes it. Let me know if you have any ideas!
