Many users do not know what to do immediately after uploading their resume and parsing. I've seen them scroll up and down as the only button is "view jobs" even though they have none uploaded (this is their first time on the platform).
Let's make this a bit more clear. Have the onboarding screen on the right come up after successfully parsing the resume. This makes it clear their next step is to upload a job.
