Source, reflowable formats, or alternative small page PDFs for _The Dao of FP_? #7

I know that The Dao of FP is still in progress, but do you have any plans for releasing any of the following:

Source documents (LaTeX, etc)
An alternative reflowable format (e.g., epub)
A small page (A6) PDF version

A small page rendering might be challenging with all of the diagrams, but if it could be done nicely, would be great for small/normal e-readers (with 6-8" displays).
