Ability to set Speaker to transcripts #1230

It would be great if users could update the speaker themself:

  1. as a user i want the ability to update the speaker's name of a transcript segment.
  2. as a user i want an option to update speaker name for all transcripts in a conversation e.g. Speaker 01 -> Thinh, Speaker 02 -> Joan

future idea:

  1. as a user i want the ability to automatically detect previously set speaker.
  2. as a user i want the ability to share my speech profile with other Omi users so that they could recognize my voice for future speaker detection(diarization)

@josancamon19 i just updated the description, please lmk if you're interested with it. again, please be creative. basically, you could change anything i put to the description, I only need 1 thing: build a great product - who's our user ? the product should serve you(as the builder) well first.
