Bulk Statistics Readout Generator #285

Takes command line args or a json config file pointing it to a set of rooms and setting certain sorting properties, then generates a readout of entity and room counts across all of those rooms.

This is pretty hastily thrown together so there are probably some issues with it. In order to allow scripts in the src folder to load and utilize the entity lookup, I had to move a good chunk of BR's settings / path finding functions to a separate file that can be imported.
