Hello, I wanted to mention that I really love using GPSLogger! I was curious if there's been any consideration or plans to create a version for iOS, or if any forks for porting the app to that platform have been attempted.

Hello @adakite, Unfortunately at this moment there is no plan to create a version for IOS and, as far as I know, there is no forks or porting attempts made by other developers. Furthermore there are Android emulators that run on IOS, but I never tried one of them and I cannot tell you if they run GPS Logger and neither suggest a specific one to try.
