Hello, I would like to know if the entire Notskype-main folder does not have a virus because I analyze it in Virustotal but there are no viruses but when I analyze the folders that contain NotSkype I get a virus so I wanted to know that

Hi, thanks for your interest in NotSkype! As I mentioned previously, several antivirus vendors have flagged NotSkype as a False Positive. You can review the code yourself, there's nothing hidden. I'd love to discuss further on our Discord server. Link in README.
