This redux state should mimic our API output. It's initial state is null having properties:

[ ] phase (string)
[ ] ships (array of objects with:
name (string),
health (int),
placed( bool),
coords (array of strings))
[ ] userShots (object with coords as properties with Boolean if shot was successful)
[ ] opponentShots (repeat of above)
