Vigilance causes Restart dialogue to display when overheating #58

Per ticket-3886 on RT discord:

During the mission, I selected my Archer to use Vigilance because it was massively overheating due to enemy fire. After hitting "Confirm", I got the "Restart" button as if the mech were shut down. Clicking this button does nothing. My only option other than that is to attack an enemy. I tried doing that with a single weapon, but when I press fire, I just hear an audible sound (same as "Restart" makes) and nothing happens.
