Singularity container/tutorial compatability #391

... Hi, I have installed cell2location using singularity image - I have v0.06. Following the cell2location tutorials provided (to estimate expression signatures) I find this version does not work as there is no RegressionModel in cell2location.models. I wonder if there is a new version of the container or a tutorial compatible with the current version? Thanks.

Thanks for using cell2location! Unfortunately, we don't have an up-to-date container. If you need it you can build it yourself using the latest version of cell2location.
