v5.2.0 setting my own avatar which is then automatically transferred to my contact's database `$HOME/.local/share/linphone/avatars/my.svg` #803

Context

I want to set my own avatar which automatically updates my contact's avatar for me without manual intervention and hacking SQLITE database.

General information

Expected behaviour

Static camera picture could instead be my own SVG, PNG, GIF, JPEG avatar transferred to my contacts when I update it or during call with Static image (instead of camera). Also would be nice to make Static Image persistent (account based).

To Reproduce

  1. Click on avatar in top left corner to edit it on account level. No editing possible of own avatar.
  2. Settings, Account, set my own avatar that my contacts see in their contact list. No field to edit my own avatar.

Hi, setting account avatar is on the roadmap for 6.0.
