Is this project dead? #720

There hasn't been a single release since 2017 and a ton of PRs and issues unanswered. The nuget package is old and unreliable. What's the status here? @BenFradet

I am not the project owner, but here is my experience about the project: Some longer time ago the owner of the project stopped working on this himself and most contributions are now coming from community members. Nuget building is not trivial and therefor there was no release since a long time, however you can build it yourself or use a build I created about a year ago (also no longer up to date with the repository, but with support for matchv5 API) xXLAOKOONXx.RiotSharp
