Add user accounts and user-specific parameters for test cases

I want a user to be able to set up a printer and printer configuration, then add additional user-defined parameters to the configuration.

• Have one of the configuration options be Normal/Testing
• Have another configuration option be Public/Private
• When running a test part, have the ability to filter using configuration parameters which previous parts contribute to the new experimental design
• Have an option to save a specific part configuration as a "Standard Part" which does not evolve with iterations.
