As pull requests are merged, look over functionality and write documentation to describe to new-comers the process of contributing to the project and what they need to know

We can look into adding a .github/CONTRIBUTION.md file as recommended by the Hacktoberfest site described under the "maintainers" tab.

We could also add .github/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md as well if we see fit, or any of the other listed documents in the link above.

@kcloud99 I created a bunch of template files in preparation for a hacktoberfest effort from an alumni group. We may be able to reuse a lot of them here if they're helpful. DevStation-Alumni
