https://travland.us.lt advertized by a Discord user, looks a bit like what I would like but the translation and the UI isn't perfect and maybe the internal mechanics and it's unclear where we can find its source code, if there is any place to find it. Maybe we are looking for Travian X, as the top left icon seems to show:

could build own php apache2 setup but this seems unwanted https://www.php.net/distributions/php-5.4.45.tar.bz2

No output and error (also in /var/log/apache2/error.log) on http://localhost/install/process.php for php5.6 with original repository or just above one with php7.0.

Could investigate issues, forks and other repositories.
