According to the phone owner.

Should investigate phone network settings.

Maybe due to #25 and further investigation of this issue may solve current one.

may solve the issue. I guess that here we are talking about enabling Wi-Fi, not connecting to a Wi-Fi, hence can still have both Wi-Fi and mobile data enabled such that it used the best one in theory.

May happen since a few weeks according to the phone owner.
