For me, it's okay to drop 1.17.1 support as it's now less supported. Since 1.19 doesn't have breaking changes in the API, and Spigot & Paper for 1.19 are pretty much unstable, I think we should keep 1.18.2 support. Anyways, we can migrate to Java 17.
