Border on spawn island #7

Describe the bug

Border is present on spawn island when i should not be. I cant expand the range of the spawn island either so players are stuck within the border

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Make a spawn island install border addon

Expected behavior

Either be able to expand the spawn island or have the border disabled on spawn island

BentoBox Version (Mandatory)

Running PAPER 1.14.4. BentoBox version: 1.10.0 Database: MARIADB Loaded Game Worlds: bskyblock_world (BSkyBlock): Overworld, Nether, End Loaded Addons: Biomes 1.6.0.1 (ENABLED) Border 1.0.3 (ENABLED) BSkyBlock 1.10.0 (ENABLED) Greenhouses 1.0.0 (ENABLED) Level 1.9.0 (ENABLED) Warps 1.9.0 (ENABLED)

There is a pending feature request on BentoBox to allow to change the range of the spawn island. https://github.com/BentoBoxWorld/BentoBox/issues/990

It would however be interesting to have an option to disable the border around the spawn island.
