This appears to me an excerpt from the Missal, Ser'ata qeddase (preparatory service), chapter III, starting from §66.
OK. I assume, you speak about LIT1960Mashaf. I will check it.
Yes.
I did not find this passage in the manuscripts nor did I find the printed edition. May I encode it as LIT1960Mashaf anyways?

In BLorient8813 on f. 36r-43v there is a text to which Strelcyns refers only by its incipit: በእንተ፡ ቅድስት፡ ሰማያዊት፡ ሰላመ፡ ናስተበቍዕ፡ ከመ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ያስተሳልመነ፡ በሣህለ፡ ዚአሁ፡
I found no work record with similarities, but a manuscript (BAVet92, ms_i3, f. 72r-75r) with a text with exactly this incipit. It is named "Litany told by the deacon before the anaphora".
I want to create a LIT ID. I would propose the first words of the incipit as titles: "Baʾǝnta qǝddǝst samāyāwit" and "Litany about the Holy Celestial".
