Mystery release 0.9.8.8 #40

There's a version 0.9.8.8 artifact available on bintray - https://bintray.com/beyka/maven/androidtiffbitmapfactory/0.9.8.8 - but I can see no traces of that in this source repository here.

What's up with that?

Bad release. Maybe in this year I will make new release with changes for Android Q
