Should we practice programming questions only on HackerEarth? #14

Sir , is it mandatory to practice questions in hackerearth platform only, we can practice in any other platforms also?

HackerEarth is Recommended due to final assessments on the same platform. But other platforms also can be used for learning.

You can practice from any platform but they recommended us to do in hackerearth and also they are conducting most of our tests in hackerearth platform it will be easy for us.
