mambaforge blog post #53

I think we should update our instructions for setting up conda environments and use mambaforge instead of anaconda.

Documentation: https://mamba.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html

Download: https://github.com/conda-forge/miniforge#mambaforge

Reasons:

Please give it a try on your computers and let me know if this makes sense.

One volunteer of us should then write a new blog-post; a 2023 edition of jo-muellers 2022 edition and my version from 2021.
