I think we should update our instructions for setting up conda environments and use mambaforge instead of anaconda.

Reasons:

• It comes with an empty base environment
• It comes with mamba pre-installed
• It comes with conda-forge as pre-configured channel

Please give it a try on your computers and let me know if this makes sense.

One volunteer of us should then write a new blog-post; a 2023 edition of jo-muellers 2022 edition and my version from 2021.
