Initial FAQ #173

Adds a FAQ section for end users, with the hope to reduce support burden by giving common answers to questions that I and skinners can link directly to.

@marcelveldt - From my own testing it works well, but can you confirm that creating shortcuts to Skin Helper Service's backup/restore functions is acceptable for inclusion in the FAQ?

This is some great work again, nice! This again reminds me I still need to find some time to write some proper FAQ's for skinhelper too, the way you've done it with skinshortcuts is very clean and understandable.

Ok with the reference to skinhelper, it does indeed work fine and a large number of skins have it implemented.

Just implemented it myself for igConq ;)
