windows 8.1 does not support #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.setup on winddows 8.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You can always run the setup with the windows XP SP3 compatibility mode, it 
works :)

Same error when installing after enabling winxp compatibility mode, win8.1

I'm on Windows 8.1 and it's working without a problem.
But I used DokanInstall_0.6.0.exe, not sure if there's any difference.

Running the Dokan setup in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3 didn't work 
for me, but running it in compatibility mode for Windows 7 did, after which WIN 
SSHFS seemed to work fine, currently using it on Windows 8.1.
