Putty key support? #94

I can not load putty keys. Any chance support for this could be added? I'm sure 
there are many people who use Putty.

Quite easy to fix this. Open you key with puttygen 
(http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html).

1) Go to menu → File → Load Private Key
2) Go to menu → Conversions → Export OpenSSH key

Save it to where you like and use this last key with win-sshfs
