[Beehave] Getting location information with the download plot data #111

In the current version the finished simulation doesn't have location information with the download file and that was asked to bring to the downloads, as user might forgot where the simulation was located. @Nithador @osalamon

I have a kind of intrusive feeling that the process of adoption of this issue is somehow heading towards me! :smiley:

If none is against, I'd gladly take it. (And at least, I will finally learn how to work with files, etc in R...:-D)
