True, I opened this PR thinking of using the "review" feature of GitHub to get feedback, but for a second there I forgot that the instructions read "Please provide a URL to your proposed syllabus, posted as a README.md file on a github.com repository", not "open a PR". I'll close this PR and sit tight for further instructions.
To be overly honest, I can't make any promise without talking to my PI first, clearing a few things off my to-do list first, and making sure one last time that I'm in the clear to come at all! That said, I'd love to help in any little way that I can, if only to gain the experience of helping more in future editions. Let me know what you have in mind this year and we can probably figure something out!
@kevinrue I love your preparedness but you're a couple steps ahead of the organizing committee - we still need to decide whether to use this repo or start a new one, and need to formally take in proposals and send out decisions. You'd be welcome to join the committee if you want to help with organizational or technical aspects of the workshops and workshop booklet? I have a feeling you could help us get things done earlier :)
